      This opaque, ruby colored wine has a medium body and a medium finish. In the nose I get leather, raspberry, cherry, and oak. In the mouth I taste cherry, leather, raspberry, and bell pepper. This pairs well with a caramelized ribeye steak, Manchego cheese, and Wisconsin cheddar. This is a great Cabernet, for the price, 2019 vintage
